Doctor Javaid is a professional of his practice. He listens to you. He is straightforward about anything that he feels you could benefit from whether or not you want to hear it. However, he does not pressure any matter that you may feel otherwise on. I recommend him for sure. My only issue is not star reduction worthy. It is that I work M - F and my hours are heavy most days. I live in Belleville, Illinois so seeing him is kinda difficult for my schedule.

I have been a patient at Prevention First since early Covid days, when I moved halfway across the country to live in St. Louis. Dr. Javaid was only doing virtual visits at that time, and I felt fortunate to have found such a good listener while adjusting to a new city. Now Covid is a bad memory and visits in person are really great. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for my appointment. I really miss Nurse Melody but I highly recommend Dr. Javaid. He cares about his patients and he is willing to listen to my thoughts about my care. Some doctors have a god complex and no interest in my thoughts. Not so, at this place! 5 of 5 stars all the way around.
