I am so grateful that my husband and I found Dr. Javid. He is a wonderful doctor—kind, considerate, and very personable. He truly cares about his patients and what they are experiencing. He also provides the kind of honest, “tough love” guidance that helps you stay on track and take better care of yourself. The only disappointment we have is that our insurance changed in the middle of the year, and we may lose access to our favorite doctor. We are hopeful and determined to find a plan that will allow us to continue being his patients. If you are looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, Dr. Javid is the one. I’m praying everything works out with our insurance so we can continue under his care. In addition, his staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

Oh my gosh! I moved to Florida and still travel to St. Louis to see Dr. Javaid. He is such a good doctor and thoroughly checks everything. Doctor Javaid is a professional of his practice. He listens to you. He is straightforward about anything that he feels you could benefit from whether or not you want to hear it. However, he does not pressure any matter that you may feel otherwise on. I recommend him for sure. My only issue is not star reduction worthy. It is that I work M - F and my hours are heavy most days. I live in Belleville, Illinois so seeing him is kinda difficult for my schedule.

I have been a patient at Prevention First since early Covid days, when I moved halfway across the country to live in St. Louis. Dr. Javaid was only doing virtual visits at that time, and I felt fortunate to have found such a good listener while adjusting to a new city. Now Covid is a bad memory and visits in person are really great. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for my appointment. I really miss Nurse Melody but I highly recommend Dr. Javaid. He cares about his patients and he is willing to listen to my thoughts about my care. Some doctors have a god complex and no interest in my thoughts. Not so, at this place! 5 of 5 stars all the way around.

I am so glad I made this appointment with Melody. She is a great listener and I have never felt more comfortable at a Dr’s appointment. I called for an appointment on Monday or Tuesday and was in her office on Friday morning and she is really trying to help me! Thank you to the office staff also who are very kind. The office is clean and well organized. I am very happy with this group.

Doctor Javaid is very knowledgeable and his staff is friendly and helpful. The office is clean and located in a good area. I've been seeing the doctor for a long time and can only report good experiences.

All staff members were very pleasant. The atmosphere within the office was very calming. The Dr. was also very pleasant. I was also impressed with the fact, he patiently listened to me, as I sometimes have flights of ideas, and have tendency to vere off subject. And he actually listened to what I had to say! He ordered several blood panels to help r/o certain conditions and get baseline for others, as I have numerous conditions going on. I haven't had this much thoroughness in a very long time! I left his office with an improved confidence in medical professionalism again!

I am so glad that Dr. Javaid is my doctor. He is taking such good care of me. I ignored problems for a long while and Dr. Javaid surmised what was going on and ordered the appropriate test to verify his diagnosis. He is giving me natural remedies to help in preventing illness and improve my overall health. Dr. Javaid also takes the time to explain everything so I have a better understanding of my own health.
